Job summary

Associa seeks a Regional Director, Developer Services, to lead regional sales and operations for developer services. Based in Florida with up to 75% travel, you will drive client acquisition, manage projects, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

You will oversee transitions from developer to homeowner associations, coordinate with stakeholders, and shape regional strategy in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in real estate or developer services.
• Strong understanding of CICs and HOA management.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales to identify and secure developer clients and drive growth.
• Oversee operational execution of development projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor a regional team of sales, PM, and operations professionals.
• Oversee transitions from developer-controlled to homeowner associations.
• Monitor market trends, build opportunities, and represent the company at events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across projects.
