• Master’s degree in scientific/healthcare discipline preferred.

• Lead regional clinical operations teams and external partners.
• Ensure inspection readiness, timelines, and budget for studies.
• Coordinate country/site selection, feasibility, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor CRAs and ensure quality and compliance across the region.
