Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development who will lead medical oversight across immunology trials and contribute to overall development strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to design studies, monitor safety, interpret data, and shape regulatory deliverables in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree required; board certification in rheumatology/immunology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of combined clinical and biotech/pharma industry experience.
• Direct experience with lupus or systemic sclerosis programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical oversight for assigned trials, including protocol development and monitoring.
• Contribute to development strategy, safety governance, and regulatory interactions.
• Provide leadership to investigative sites and external advisors.
• Draft and review key clinical and regulatory documents and responses.
• Support agency meetings and submissions with medical input.
