Job summary

Services for the UnderServed seeks a regional director to provide leadership, guidance and strategic direction for Behavioral Health programs across residential sites in New York. You will supervise Program Directors, promote regulatory compliance, and drive improvement initiatives to align with the agency’s mission and funding requirements.

The role emphasizes coaching, development planning, and collaboration with senior leadership to advance quality care and outcomes across the treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or related discipline required.
• Professional experience leading multiple facilities or programs.
• Experience coaching leaders to develop leadership competencies.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and direction to Program Directors across residential and Behavioral Health programs.
• Coach Program Directors to develop their leadership skills and implement development plans.
• Ensure residences and programs meet regulatory requirements and adopt best practices.
• Interface with funders, consumers and partners to support program success.
• Lead special projects as assigned by the Vice President and manage planning activities.
