Job summary

S:US in New York is seeking a Regional Director to lead Program Directors overseeing residential Behavioral Health settings. You will drive regulatory compliance, quality improvement and program excellence, while aligning with the agency’s core values and strategic objectives.

The role requires a Master’s in Human Services, 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in management, and a proven ability to coach leaders and implement new work systems across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related discipline required.
• License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Leadership capability to manage and coach Program Directors.
• Ability to contribute to and implement work systems for the efficient running of an operation.
• Ability to provide direction and focus on the implementation of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and direction to Program Directors in residential Behavioral Health programs.
• Coach Program Directors to develop leadership skills and customize development plans.
• Ensure each residence/program meets regulatory requirements and models best practices.
• Interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and influence decisions.
• Represent the agency professionally to funders, consumers, and partner organizations.
