Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks a Regional Behavioral Health Director to provide strategic leadership, clinical direction, and operational oversight for behavioral health programs across multiple sites in the region.

The role requires doctoral level training in psychology, strong leadership, and experience with regulatory standards, accreditation, and performance improvement initiatives. Travel across assigned facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology required.
• Active and unrestricted psychology licensure preferred or required based on needs.
• 5–7 years of progressive behavioral health leadership experience.

Responsibilities
