Job summary

S:US is seeking a Regional Director to provide leadership and operational oversight of Behavioral Health residential programs. You will coach Program Directors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across multiple sites.

In this exempt, in-person role, you will report to the Vice President, manage strategic initiatives, and collaborate with funders and partners to uphold high quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related discipline required.
• License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Leadership capability to manage and coach Program Directors.
• Ability to implement work systems for efficient operation.
• Ability to direct and focus on implementing new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, management and direction to Program Directors in residential and Behavioral Health programs.
• Coach Program Directors to develop leadership skills and create development plans.
• Ensure residences/programs meet regulatory requirements and model best practices.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and advise decisions.
• Empower Program Directors to make decisions without micromanagement.
• Lead special projects as directed by the VP and represent the agency professionally to stakeholders.
