Job summary

Prospect Infosys Inc. seeks a Director of Behavioral Health Services in NYC to lead clinical operations, policy development, and strategic planning for behavioral health across clinics.

The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on ensuring high-quality, compliant care, staff development, and integration of behavioral health within overall health services. Strong NY licensure and EMR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with medical license in NY.
• 3+ years in a clinical leadership role; FQHC experience preferred.
• Experience with ambulatory health setting administration and medical staff management.
• EMR experience, preferably eCW.

Responsibilities

• Establishes care standards and policies in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer.
• Ensures compliance, quality improvement, patient safety, cost containment and staff training.
• Oversees budgeting and health services planning; supports strategic direction for behavioral health services.
• Leads clinical initiatives such as Meaningful Use, Patient-Centered Medical Homes, and Health Homes.
• Cultivates partnerships with hospitals, care organizations, and community groups to enhance services.
