Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Clinical Services Director to lead operational and relational work across a portfolio of markets. You will own client engagement cadence, resolve day-to-day issues, recruit and credential clinicians, and partner with RVPs on expansion opportunities.

This role requires travel and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will report to Operations leadership, own P&L for your markets, and drive retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex client relationships and driving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy: ability to read site-level P&Ls, identify performance variances, and communicate financial risk clearly.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows in a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently — expected 30–50% travel depending on market portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the cadence and accountability infrastructure to keep client relationships healthy and ensure key meetings occur on schedule.
• Serve as the first point of resolution for day-to-day operational issues in assigned markets and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Advocate for clinicians in assigned markets, partner on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing, and monitor engagement signals.
• Provide capacity relief to Regional Vice Presidents by preparing briefing materials, financial summaries, and meeting prep; participate in regional initiatives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence to RVPs and business development teams.
