Job summary

Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management in Minneapolis, MN to lead a portfolio of affordable and supportive housing communities. The role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction while supervising Portfolio Managers and site teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, compliance across LIHTC and other programs, staff development, and collaboration with internal departments and funders to ensure asset

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable and supportive housing operations, Fair Housing regulations, and relevant federal/state/local requirements.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including forecasting, NOI evaluation, risk assessment, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and related property management/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of affordable and supportive housing communities.
• Develop annual portfolio operating plans and establish measurable priorities for occupancy, collections, financial performance, compliance, maintenance, and resident experience.
• Review monthly financial statements, budget variances, revenue, expenses, and NOI to drive performance.
