Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a DPRS-PE to support the Direct Purchase Regional Lead in Arch Energy. You will obtain, distribute and report critical project information to stakeholders and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants.

The role covers submittals, RFIs, materials, safety documentation, drawing updates, and related project records. A degree in engineering/CM/architecture and 2–4 years of construction management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 2–4 years construction management experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package Coordination: track package status in reports.
• Package Document Control: manage design changes and RFIs/submittals.
• Material delivery coordination and log upkeep.
• Vendor/subcontractor coordination and communication.
• Office/document control and project meetings support.
• Collaborate with client and design team.
