Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a DPRL-PM to lead Arch Energy Direct Purchase regionally, serving as a primary contact for Directors, Owners, OPMs, developers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry in full lifecycle purchasing, project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Additional proficiencies may include cost management software (Timberline, Sage), scheduling software (Primavera P6) and construction management software (Procore).

Responsibilities

• Involvement and early engagement in project preconstruction process.
• Provide initial Direct Purchase budgetary and lead time information to project.
• Direct Purchase scope demarcation, constructability review and final scope confirmation.
• Identify Owner flow-down requirements with project team and legal.
• Direct Purchase Vendor identification.
• RFP preparation and issuance.
• RFI coordination and RFP response review.
• Bid leveling and risk mitigation proposals.
• Direct Purchase recommendations.
• Material Purchase Order awards.
• Vendor and project kickoff meetings.
• Submittal expediting, review and coordination.
• Scope release and ongoing expediting.
• Review project docs and drawings for scope changes.
• Manage changes as appropriate.
• Equipment inspection, testing coordination, transport and storage.
• Vendor support for installation and start-up coordination.
• Warranty certificates and final FR documentation coordination.
• Package close-out and lessons learnt.
• Raving Fans intake and regional financial management of direct purchases.
• Update systems to reflect accurate package status.
• Represent Direct Purchase at regional meetings and external events.
• Mentor and manage multiple team members.
• Conduct training and development; perform safety walks with field and safety staff.
