You will support the Direct Purchase Regional Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants to provide timely project information, approvals and reporting to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes submittals, RFIs, material documentation, and delivery tracking, plus cost management and risk communication within regional project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 2–4 years construction management experience; internship is plus.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred; proficiency with common project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Package coordination: update status in reports and systems for Direct Purchase Regional lead.
• Package document control: review design changes and distribute to teams.
• RFIs: prepare, submit and distribute responses to the design team.
• Submittals: manage submittal log and verify material conformance.
• Delivery: track materials/equipment delivery dates and update logs.
• Meetings: generate agendas, track commitments, distribute minutes.
• Collaboration: interface with client, design team and MEP lead; build stakeholder relationships.
