Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks an Arch Direct - Direct Purchase - Assistant Project Manager to lead direct purchase activities on regional projects.

You will coordinate with regional directors, project executives, owners, engineers and subcontractors to ensure on-time procurement and budget adherence. Responsibilities include managing lifecycle scope, RFP/RFI, vendor coordination, cost reporting, and mentoring project engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 4+ years in construction purchasing or project management.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with cost, scheduling and CM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Arch Direct and be the primary contact; attend regional meetings as needed.
• Oversee Direct Purchase regional financials, including cost reporting and invoices.
• Ensure SOPs are current and fit for purpose across Arch Direct.
• Mentor & manage multiple Arch Direct Project Engineers; conduct evaluations.
• Lead interviews for project pursuits and assist preconstruction activities.
• Develop and manage Direct Purchase scope, budget, and lead times.
• Coordinate vendor support for installation, start-up, and warranty.
