Consigli Construction Co. is seeking the Arch Energy Direct Purchase Regional Lead - Project Manager to oversee Direct Purchase in a regional context, coordinating with Directors, Owners, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in project preconstruction process.
• Provide initial Direct Purchase budget and lead time information to project.
• Demonstrate scope demarcation and constructability review.
• Identify owner flow-down requirements with project team and legal.
• Coordinate RFPs and RFIs; review responses and conduct descope sessions.
• Manage cost reporting, requisitions, invoices and cash flow.
• Oversee regional Direct Purchase lifecycle from engagement to close-out.
• Mentor and manage multiple team members; assist in interviews.
