Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Direct Purchase Regional Support - Project Engineer in the Arch Energy division to assist the Regional Lead with delivering regional and package requirements. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and design teams, and report on submittals, RFIs and materials.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction/architecture and 2–4 years of construction management experience, with Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 2–4 years construction management experience.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction schedules, budgets and documentation.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar CM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package Coordination – track status in reports and systems.
• Package Document Control – manage and distribute docs.
• Review & distribute design changes and RFIs to teams.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and distribute responses.
• Create and manage submittal logs, obtain submittals.
• Maintain delivery logs for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate regional meetings and circulate minutes.
• Interface with client, design team and MEP lead throughout project.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and support project goals.
