Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee dining programs across multiple facilities in the service area. You will ensure adherence to policies, state and federal requirements, and maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.

You will lead staff training, scheduling, and development while acting as the liaison between building occupants and HCSG leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and strong resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and implement changes.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Capable of growing accounts and managing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistency across locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
