Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Digital Region Manager, Southeast, to accelerate commercialization and adoption of its digital solutions across the region. You will partner with customers, distributors, and regional teams to grow digital portfolio revenue and install base adoption, translating insights into compelling solutions.

The role requires 30-50% travel to engage with end-use customers, distributors, and internal teams, driving value realization and ROI from Komatsu digital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solution sales or related environment.
• Ability to sell technology through a consultative, value-based approach.
• Strong understanding of construction/mining operations and productivity drivers.
• Translate technology capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI.
• Experience building relationships across customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build commercial opportunities from discovery through adoption and value realization.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Digital Commercialization by developing a regional strategy to grow revenue and adoption of Komatsu's digital portfolio.
• Identify opportunities within new equipment purchases and the installed base to position digital products and services.
• Lead customer engagements, demonstrations, and value discussions with diverse audiences.
