Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in Chicago seeks a Director of Regional Digital Sales to drive revenue growth, build regional streams, and develop new business opportunities. You’ll work with local leadership and Account Executives to maximize opportunities using centralized resources.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales record, deep digital sales knowledge across OTT, video, display, and more, and can navigate complex organizational structures while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of media sales or account management at multi-market, local and regional levels.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a management capacity; 2+ years of digital experience preferred.
• Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales goals and closing new business.
• Strong business development skills with executive-level engagement.
• Deep market knowledge of agencies, clients, and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and local accounts, identifying, engaging, and securing new business.
• Own client relationships, lead sales presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Forecast and plan accounts, deliver regular sales forecasts with leadership to exceed goals.
• Leverage Univision’s digital assets to create local, regional, and national campaigns across platforms.
• Drive sales plans through multi-market regional teams and independently.
• Manage all sales-management functions including strategic account mapping, forecasting, and campaign development.
• Establish and manage accounts as an individual contributor while supporting account executives and leadership.
• Monitor performance metrics at individual and team levels to ensure targets are met.
• Align sales efforts with company initiatives and key events across markets.
• Lead direct client sales activity, calls, and presentations for strong market penetration.
