Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in media sales, a track record of revenue growth, and strong executive engagement skills across OTT, video, display, and branded content.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in multi-market media sales with regional leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong ability to engage executive-level agency and brand contacts.
• Deep digital ad product knowledge across OTT, video, display, and more.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive local and regional revenue growth by securing new accounts.
• Own client relationships, lead sales presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Develop and manage regional sales plans with leadership teams.
• Leverage digital assets to create multi-market campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maximize opportunities.
• Forecast sales, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Present to executives and contribute to strategic planning.
• Travel nationwide for client meetings and industry events.
