Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Greater San Antonio area. You will supervise charge nurses, dialysis technicians, and assistants, and report to the Regional VP, ensuring service quality, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires leadership, healthcare background, CMS knowledge, and strong communication. Travel between facilities is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Ability to oversee multiple facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and supervision across multiple dialysis facilities.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and billing procedures to meet financial goals.
• Ensure quality patient care in line with CMS and CRS standards.
• Lead safety, regulatory, and QA initiatives and prepare monthly reports.
