Job summary

Concerto Renal Services seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple subacute dialysis facilities. You will lead Charge Nurses, Dialysis Technicians, and Assistants to ensure service quality and staffing aligned with policy and budget.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you’ll drive compliant operations, manage budgets and billing practices, and coordinate with leadership to uphold CRS standards across Illinois and Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• CMS regulations understanding is required
• Basic MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) familiarity
• Travel required for the role
• Previous management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations and direct reports (Charge Nurses, Dialysis Technicians, Assistants)
• Ensure customer service, staffing, and operations stay within budget
• Maintain regulatory compliance and CRS policies and procedures
• Coordinate with COO and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor quality of care and staff performance
