Job summary

Sequel Med Tech, LLC in Manchester, NH, seeks a Senior Regional Business Leader to build and coach a field team launching the twiist AID system and future products. You will lead Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists, partnering with sales leadership to align field needs with market dynamics and ensure a successful commercial launch.

This role requires up to 80% travel within the defined territory and occasional national travel for conferences and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years field sales experience with at least 5 years in diabetes or endocrinology.
• 4+ years sales leadership experience managing field teams.
• Experience launching medical devices or insulin delivery products.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing field team.
• Deliver the commercial launch strategy with clear sales direction.
• Plan business development, target customers and prioritize accounts.
• Ensure strong clinical knowledge of diabetes and insulin therapy.
• Drive sales attainment and provide product training support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct field visits and provide coaching feedback.
• Develop team skills in product knowledge, selling, analytics, and compliance.
• Manage assigned budgets for ROI.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and influencers.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulations.
• Mentor new and junior RBLs; lead national projects and area calls.
