Job summary

Sequel is seeking a Territory Business Leader to partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist and launch a new insulin pump in the Boston North territory. You will promote adoption among physicians and diabetes care professionals, and work with CDS to create territory strategies to meet goals.

The Senior TBL role includes mentoring staff, leading field sales training, and serving on internal advisory boards; travel up to 80% within the territory with occasional national travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience in pharma/medical devices (Senior TBL).
• Experience with diabetes devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with CDS to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and diabetes care specialists to promote Sequel products.
• Drive adoption and product experience for providers and patients.
• Lead, mentor and train junior staff and participate in advisory boards.
• Manage leads in CRM and document training as required.
• Represent Sequel at conventions and educational events.
