Job summary

The role requires up to 80% travel within the defined territory and living within the territory. The candidate will drive sales, coach leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve national goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years field sales experience with at least 5 years in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Demonstrated history of success leading a field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate an empowered team culture for high performance.
• Execute the commercial launch strategy with clear sales direction and coaching.
• Plan and manage territory budgets and account prioritization.
• Lead product education and training with clinical diabetes specialists.
• Drive field activity to meet/exceed sales goals and deliver strong customer experiences.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to support market expansion.
