Job summary

Gensler is seeking a Regional Design Technology Director for the South Central region. You will lead BIM, computation and visualization strategies across multiple offices, driving data-driven design and AI workflows in line with firm goals.

You will mentor the regional Design Technology team, manage budgets, and collaborate with legal, risk, and regional leaders to advance digital design practices and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in AEC/O space.
• Licensed professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design technology use across interior and base building projects with emphasis on BIM, computation, visualization.
• Lead data-driven design and AI workflows across projects and regions.
• Drive the Design Technology roadmap and digital transformation across the firm.
• Mentor regional Design Technology team and support talent acquisition.
• Partner with senior leaders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
