Job summary

Gensler seeks a Design Technology Lead to drive BIM standards and digital delivery across our Southeast teams. You will lead the creation and refinement of BEPs, coordinate workflows, and mentor project teams in BIM best practices.

Based in Washington, D.C., you will collaborate with IT and regional leaders to align BIM with strategic goals, and promote a culture of quality and consistency in design technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of AEC industry experience with BIM leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to develop BEPs and support digital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for regional projects.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and project setup across offices.
• Provide technical BIM support, mentorship, and training to teams.
• Translate data-driven insights into practical delivery improvements.
