Gensler in Dallas, TX seeks a Design Technology Lead to advance BIM strategy, standards, and digital delivery across regional studios. You will provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and champion scalable BIM workflows and training.

You will collaborate with design, IT, and project leadership to improve BIM quality, enable efficient workflows, and mentor BIM leaders across the region. This in-person role emphasizes cross-studio coordination and high-impact BIM management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of AEC experience.
• Demonstrated experience with BIM implementation and digital project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, model coordination, and project delivery practices.
• Advanced proficiency with BIM authoring, coordination, and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Experience developing BIM execution strategies, standards, workflows, and implementation guidance.
• Ability to assess workflows, identify opportunities, and translate insights into scalable improvements.
• Experience delivering technical guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across project, technical, and leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Advise teams on BIM strategy, execution planning, project setup, and digital delivery requirements.
• Support complex projects through advanced BIM consultation and technical expertise.
• Guide project teams in applying standards and effective workflows.
• Support pursuit teams in evaluating BIM requirements, scope, and delivery considerations.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen BIM-enabled project quality and conduct health reviews.
• Develop metrics and reporting to improve visibility into BIM performance.
• Evaluate workflows for efficiency, automation, and standardization.
• Identify gaps, technology opportunities, and scalable solutions across studios.
• Identify training needs and deliver targeted BIM and Design Technology training.
• Mentor BIM leaders and champions; share best practices regionally.
• Collaborate with IT, design, project management, and firmwide teams to advance BIM strategy.
