Job summary

Young Innovations in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across Salvin Dental Specialties. You’ll develop and execute territory sales strategies, expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers in dental and regenerative products.

You’ll report to the Regional Manager, work with Customer Service and other reps, and enjoy full benefits, 401k, and PTO. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2–3 years of medical/dental sales is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in medical/dental industry doing B2B sales.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, results-driven professional.
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships with customers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your geography.
• Represent the company in dealings with key customers to gain market share and achieve annual sales growth.
• Leverage experience and relationships to develop productive customer relationships in your territory.
• Achieve assigned sales goals and KPIs for your territory.
• Maintain good record keeping of customer information and status in the sales funnel.
