Young Innovations, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth for Salvin Dental Specialties. You will develop territory sales strategies, expand customer base, and deepen relationships with dental clinics and regenerative product users.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will leverage existing contacts, present compelling solutions, and hit annual sales targets. This field role rewards a motivated, data-driven professional with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in medical and dental B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, results driven.
• Ability to build and maintain key professional relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your assigned geography, including current and new customers.
• Represent the company in dealings with key customers to gain market share and achieve annual sales growth goals.
• Leverage experience and relationships to develop productive relationships with all customers in your territory.
• Achieve assigned sales goals and KPIs for your territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and status in the sales funnel for ongoing growth.
