Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales goals across the Mid-Atlantic in the dental/medical device sector. The role directs field sales, aligns with corporate strategy, and develops annual sales plans while managing budget and resources.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel and performance incentives are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (quota).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales goals within defined timeframes and parameters.
• Direct the sales force in line with strategies and budgeted expectations.
• Develop annual sales goals and projections for the designated geography.
• Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
• Coordinate communications between sales and home office and other units.
