Job summary

The Nobel Biocare Regional Sales Manager at Envista Holdings Corporation will drive regional sales, lead the field team, and align activities with corporate strategy. You will focus on top-line growth, develop key opinion leaders, and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Support to optimize coverage in the Mid-Atlantic.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in dental or medical devices, a bachelor's degree, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (100%/quota), preferably in dental or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, not just sales achievement.
• Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region's sales goals within defined timeframes and parameters.
• Direct the activities of the sales force in line with strategies and plans.
• Prioritize top-line sales and develop key opinion leaders.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate field personnel.
• Provide orientation to new field sales personnel.
• Develop annual sales goals and projections for the designated geography.
• Coordinate with field promotions to promote sales and maintain customer relations.
