Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices, drive growth, and own full profit and loss responsibility.

You will travel to nearby offices, provide training, collaborate with the talent acquisition team and office managers to hire, onboard, and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patients and staff
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Daily travel requires valid driver’s license and adequate insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental practices within the region.
• Spearhead growth and process improvement initiatives and own P&L.
• Develop partnerships with staff and practice leadership to optimize performance.
• Travel to nearby offices to support operations and training.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and office managers on staffing and onboarding.
