Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager–in-office to lead operations for 6–10 practices. You’ll drive growth, implement process improvements, and hold full P&L responsibility while partnering with staff to optimize patient care and business performance.

The role requires regular travel to nearby offices, leadership of office teams, and a focus on training and onboarding within the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Valid non-restricted driver's license required; travel to offices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a group of 6–10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Drive growth, implement process improvements, and own full P&L responsibility.
• Partner with staff to align operations with the business model and protocols.
• Travel to nearby offices to support regional operations and staff development.
