Job summary

Aspen Dental Group seeks a Regional Manager – in-office in Eugene, OR to oversee 6-10 Aspen Dental practices and lead regional operations. You will drive growth, optimize processes, and own full profit and loss responsibility while partnering with office staff.

The role requires daily travel to nearby offices, strong financial acumen, and the ability to train staff, interpret financial statements, and build cross-location collaboration. Competitive salary with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Daily travel to assigned offices is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Drive growth and process improvement initiatives; own full P&L.
• Develop close partnerships with practice staff.
• Provide training and development support for staff.
• Support daily regional operations; travel to nearby offices as needed.
