Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to lead operations for a group of 6–10 branded practices in Minnesota. You will drive growth, optimize processes, and ensure financial performance while partnering with staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

This role requires relocation to Minnesota, a bachelor's degree and proven management experience. You will travel regularly to offices, train teams, and collaborate with talent acquisition to hire and onboard new staff, supported by

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Experience with profit and loss responsibility and interpreting financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and patients.
• Relocation to Minnesota required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Lead growth and process improvements as regional leader.
• Manage full P&L ownership for the region.
• Collaborate with staff across practices and talent team for hiring.
• Travel daily to assigned offices to support operations.
