Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee a group of 6-10 practices within the region. You will drive growth, improve processes, and own full P&L responsibility across the offices.

You will travel to nearby offices, coach staff, and partner with talent acquisition to ensure effective hiring and onboarding. The role emphasizes leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations in retail or healthcare.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insured.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded offices.
• Lead growth and process-improvement initiatives within the region.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility for the region.
• Collaborate with staff across practices to optimize performance.
