Job summary

Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee 6-10 practices, drive growth, and manage profits. This role requires travel to nearby offices and close collaboration with staff to implement the business model and operating procedures.

You will lead training, hiring, and ongoing staff development while partnering with talent acquisition and office managers. Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience with multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Daily travel to assigned offices; valid driver’s license and insurance.
• May vary by independently owned and operated Aspen Dental locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Lead growth and process-improvement initiatives.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility.
• Develop close partnerships with practice staff.
• Travel to nearby offices to support operations.
• Provide training and development to staff.
• Evaluate staffing needs with TA and the office manager for effective onboarding.
• Support daily regional operations as needed.
