Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee patient experience, operational efficiency, and growth across multiple oral surgery practices in the Northeast. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of regional operations with travel.

You will support practice admins, monitor KPIs, implement policies, drive profitability while maintaining high care standards, and lead talent development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental practice operations, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• Proven track record of leading and managing multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and healthcare regulations.
• Based in the Northeast with travel up to 50-75% within the region.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide practice administrators to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take corrective actions.
• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple practices in the region.
• Develop and implement consistent policies and protocols.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and reduce costs.
• Coach and develop administrators and staff to grow.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership on regional growth strategies.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract patients and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies and train staff accordingly.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent in leadership and clinical roles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
