Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of office management or multi-site leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/dental/retail/service industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and support to all offices within the assigned region.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to evaluate operations and coach teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for office-level operational issues.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and front-office operations across multiple locations.
• Monitor financial performance including production, collections, and A/R; ensure timely month-end reporting.
• Promote a consistent, high-quality patient experience across locations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.
