Dental365 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of practices across New Jersey, delivering direction, people development, and financial performance. You will drive patient care excellence, build high-performing teams, and implement strategic initiatives across the region.

The role requires multi-site dental management experience, willingness to travel, and strong communication. You will partner with executive leadership to optimize operations, training, SOPs, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in multi-site dental practice management.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to HQ in NY

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with executive team to shape regional vision.
• Guide local teams, identify training needs, and provide coaching.
• Optimize daily operations by managing staffing and resources.
• Implement and maintain SOPs to improve processes.
• Use data to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Lead a high-performing operations team and mentor staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
