Rodeo Dental seeks a Regional Operations Manager to guide multiple offices in Arizona. You will drive regional performance, financial results, and patient experience by leading with data, best practices, and collaboration with the VP of Operations and Lead Doctor.

You set goals, develop action plans, ensure quality care, staff growth, and policy adherence while fostering Rodeo culture and core values across the region.

• Deep dental domain expertise with hospital and specialty experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action plans with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple office managers for regional performance.
