Job summary

Platinum Dental Services is seeking an Assistant Regional Leader to oversee multiple Arizona practices (Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa). You will coach office managers, lead clinicians, and drive patient-centered care while achieving regional growth and profitability.

The role is in-office, requires travel among AZ locations, and includes a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with performance-based bonuses. You’ll train leaders and align operations with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site operations leadership.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with track record of developing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between practices in the Arizona region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of dental practices within the Arizona region with expansion as trained.
• Develop practice leadership to run high-performing, patient-centered practices.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching in operations, patient experience, scheduling, and collections.
• Monitor KPIs and work with leaders to hit growth and profitability targets.
• Drive consistent systems and best practices across all supported locations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and participate in weekly leadership trainings.
• Model Platinum’s core values in leadership and daily interactions.
• Be present in practices; this is an in-office, boots-on-the-ground role.
