Job summary

Towncare Dental Partnership is seeking a regional operations leader to oversee multiple dental offices, collaborating with Dental Directors to craft action plans and drive same-store growth. You will link management with employees to ensure an exceptional patient experience at every practice location.

You will foster relationships, promote growth imperatives, and implement new processes across sites. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year business degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of successful management in a managerial role in multi-location settings (vision, dental, medical, or retail).
• Ability to increase treatment case acceptance rates.
• Experience with management or business software programs (dental software preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete business side of dental office operation and management including IT, Payroll, Collections, Recall Systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with providers and partner doctors in the region.
• Promote and support DCA’s Strategic Growth Imperatives.
• Drive growth activities and bring initiatives to leadership.
• Implement new processes and initiatives across locations.
• Manage production, staffing, and collection goals; review schedules and insurance items.
• Coach and develop Office Managers and team members; provide training and support.
• Review office location schedules and provider coverage with office managers and Dental Directors.
• Manage staffing levels and office visit frequency; travel 50% of time.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, employment and safety laws.
