Kids for the Future is seeking a Regional Manager/Director (RM–RD) in Marlborough, MA, to partner with affiliated dentists and drive growth across 5–10 practices. You will mentor Operations Managers, influence leaders, and ensure adherence to culture and standards while delivering results through others.

The role requires executive-level thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to coach across regions, with regular travel to multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of multi-unit retail managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability and flexibility to travel daily between multiple practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth for assigned region.
• Mentor Operations Managers and support dentists in leadership and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead regional trainings, meetings, and presentations to align teams on goals and culture.
• Travel regularly to assigned offices to oversee operations.
