Job summary

Aligned Dental Partners seeks an Experienced Dental Regional Manager of Operations to lead multi-site operations across our network of private dental practices. The role requires frequent travel to practices and a consultative approach to improve performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of operational management in dental settings with full P&L responsibility, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operational management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Clinical and administrative experience in dental operations.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Open Dental software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dental practices and their revenue.
• Assess performance and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
• Lead marketing, pricing, staffing, workflows, and service offerings improvements.
• Build relationships with partner and associate dentists and support recruitment.
• Collaborate across departments (C-suite, Finance, HR, Business Development) to implement tools and processes.
• Coach and mentor office personnel to enhance leadership and performance.
• Identify growth opportunities, including expansion of facilities and services.
