Job summary

Dental365 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a designated group of dental practices across growing territories. You will provide direction, leadership, and development of regional management teams to meet financial objectives, operating efficiency, and patient care excellence.

The role requires extensive travel, strong English communication, and a proven track record in multi-site dental operations. Regular HQ engagement in New Hyde Park, NY is expected.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
• Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location (New Hyde Park, NY)
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and success driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the executive team to shape and implement the company's long-term vision within the region.
• Guide local teams, identify training needs, and provide necessary training to enhance performance.
• Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations by optimizing staff and resource availability.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and improve processes.
• Use data and metrics to monitor and assess operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to managers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations team.
