Job summary

DEXIS is seeking a Regional Clinical Training Specialist to provide hands-on and remote post-sales product training on digital imaging products to customers in clinical settings. The role partners with internal and external teams to support clinical needs and will require up to 75% travel across AZ, NV, NM, and West TX territory.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, 5 years of clinical dental experience with 2+ years in customer-facing roles, radiation safety certification,

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work remotely and independently; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work non-standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training on intraoral imaging products, both hands-on and remote.
• Document training activities and maintain reports for accountability.
• Review surveys and ensure trainings meet stakeholder needs within territory.
• Serve as initial escalation point for clinical training in territory.
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management with testing and rollout.
• Develop pipeline of training opportunities through customer outreach and relationships.
• Represent the company at tradeshow and educational events in territory.
• Obtain and renew necessary product certifications.
• Manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent interactions with departments, customers, and subject matter experts.
• Possibility of weekend travel when required.
