Job summary

Envista is seeking a Regional Clinical Training Specialist to deliver hands-on and remote post-sale training on digital imaging products to clinical customers. The role includes imaging software training, and serving as a training escalation resource within the territory.

The ideal candidate lives in the Greater Phoenix area and will travel up to 75% across AZ, Las Vegas, NM, and West Texas. Requires radiology safety certification and IOS/dental imaging experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent certifications required.
• 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing position.
• Radiation Safety Certification required.
• Experience with digital intraoral scanners (IOS) and dental imaging equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
• Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings.
• Review and follow up on completed surveys within the territory.
• Act as first point of escalation for clinical training issues.
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management with testing and implementation of new products.
• Conduct billable clinical training sessions and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend tradeshow and educational events for clinical representation.
• Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as needed.
• Travel and work non-standard hours as required.
• Interact with all departments and with customers and key experts.
