Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant dental field or healthcare communications is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
• Proven ability to train others and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and home-based training sessions on intraoral scanning and DDS Lab technologies.
• Drive sales growth by demonstrating value and promoting DDS Lab services.
• Maintain client relationships with dental offices, assistants, and managers.
• Record activity in HubSpot and prepare weekly reports for the Director of Clinical Office Specialists.
• Travel up to 80% to customer locations, including some weekends.
• Coordinate with DS Office leaders to identify new opportunities and ensure engagement rules.
